2026 Emmys red carpet arrivals: Follow live updates as stars celebrate TV's biggest night

TV's biggest night is here! The 2026 Emmy Awards will be presented tonight in Los Angeles, with the stars of critically acclaimed shows vying for the coveted statuettes honoring television's best programs and performances from the past year.The show will be broadcast live on NBC and livestreamed on Peacock at 8 p.m. ET. Mariska Hargitay, longtime star of Law & Order: SVU, will be the first woman to host the ceremony in 15 years.The Pitt leads the way with 25 nominations, followed by Hacks with 24 nods — a record for a comedy series — and newcomers Widow's Bay (19), Pluribus (18), Beef (16) and DTF St. Louis (13).Jason Bateman, star of DTF St. Louis, received two nominations for the HBO dark comedy (one as a performer, one as a producer) and two for the Netflix drama Black Rabbit, in which he starred and which he directed.Other stars with multiple nominations included Matthew Rhys (two for Widow's Bay as a performer and producer, one for The Beast in Me as a performer). Rhys won an Emmy in 2018 for his acting in The Americans. His partner and costar on the show, Keri Russell, could win her first — she's nominated again for The Diplomat. There will be 19 Emmy Awards presented on tonight's primetime telecast.
