Gift of Doubled Magic is a permanent upgrade in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake. This upgrade permanently doubled your magic power (from 8 magic power to 16). This upgrade is obtained at the Death Mountain Crater Great Fairy Fountain. This guide will teach you how to get Gift of Doubled Magic, including requirements and location.

Gift of Doubled Magic is bestowed at the Great Fairy Fountain in Death Mountain Crater. Just south of the shortcut from Goron City you will see this cave blocked by shiny metal rocks. Once you have obtained the Megaton Hammer you can smash these rocks and gain access to the Great Fairy Fountain.

Inside the fountain, stand on the Triforce symbol in front of the water and play Zelda's Lullaby to summon the Great Fairy. She will demand an offering of 200 Rupees. Pay up and you will get Gift of Doubled Magic.
