To get the Flaming Mane in Phantom Blade 0, you'll need to defeat Flame, the Mask-Bound Lion Dance Grandmaster in Pangzhen. You'll find this mandatory boss all the way at the end of the northwest side of the map. You'll need to obtain the Flaming Mane to continue the main path, so you don't have to worry about missing it.
