Ice Arrows are an upgrade for the Fairy Bow in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake. This item lets you infuse your normal arrows with Ice, helping you deal extra damage and solve certain puzzles. This consumes 1 arrow and 1 bar of magic. They are not found in a major dungeon, so you may be wondering how to get the Ice Arrows.
See IGN's guide to Ice Arrows, including location and requirements, below.
Ice Arrows are found in the deepest cell of the Gerudo Proving Grounds. You will need to complete everything up to the Water Temple, then complete the Gerudo Fortress to get the Gerudo Pass and gain access to the Proving Ground. Technically some of the puzzles require the Silver Gauntlets, but you can avoid those and still get the Ice Arrow.
Enter the Proving Grounds (30 Rupee entry) then complete all of the rooms you are able to with your current items. Use the Lenses of Truth to spot hidden walls and secrets. Once you have 6 Small Keys, head back to the starting room and go straight ahead into the treasure room. Start unlocking the doors on the left.
As soon as your pass through the first key door, climb the chain wall next to the door to find a hidden room above with another Small Key inside. This brings our grand total to 7, enough to reach the Ice Arrows in the middle.
All you have to do is just keep opening doors on the left side until you reach the large chest in the center, containing the Ice Arrow.
