Star Trek: Voyager - Across the Unknown's Q: Trials and the Equinox DLC will be available on PC, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5 (PS5), and Xbox Series X|S on October 1, 2026. The new trailer, featuring John de Lancie (who plays Q), showcases the Q Trials roguelike mode, which makes life in the Delta Quadrant more demanding with randomized events, changing routes and challenges, while giving more freedom in how you build your crew and turns each journey through the Delta Quadrant into a different test. In addition to the free update, the Equinox DLC also launches, adding the U.S.S. Equinox as a playable ship for Q Trials, together with Captain Rudolph Ransom, Maxwell Burke, and Noah Lessing.
