The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake Amiibo Reveal Includes Young Link and Young Zelda Figures

Nintendo has revealed Young Link and Young Zelda amiibo for its The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake .

Both toys-to-life collectibles are expected to launch sometime in 2027, meaning it will be at least a few months after the game itself actually launches for Nintendo Switch 2 come November 5, 2026. The Young Link and Young Zelda amiibo will unlock special in-game masks based on the original Nintendo 64 Ocarina of Time that released in 1998.

It’s not exactly a surprise to see Nintendo’s new remake get two amiibo of its own, but it’s certainly still the kind of thing fans will want to keep an eye out for in the months ahead. While we wait to see everything they’ll be able to add to the experience, you can see new screenshots below.

Young Link: "This younger incarnation is from the Legend of Zelda™: Ocarina of Time game for the Nintendo Switch™ 2 system and depicts him sitting with his companion fairy, Navi."

Young Zelda: "This amiibo figure depicts Zelda as a young princess in the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time game for the Nintendo Switch 2 system. She sits holding the Ocarina of Time itself, which she will one day impart to Link to aid him in his quest."

After a few months without too much news, Nintendo is rolling out the red carpet for The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary. In addition to today's Ocarina of Time remake amiibo and the game they work with , we also learned about a new series of concerts, a special edition Nintendo Switch 2 , themed changes to the Nintendo Museum in Kyoto, Japan, a Link & Epona Lego set , and more.
