How to Get and Use the Ship Teleportation Device - Crimson Desert Guide - IGN

The Ship Teleportation Device is a special blueprint that lets you fast travel directly to your ship in Crimson Desert 's Charting the Unknown DLC. Without it, you'll have to pay a hefty fee at a Ship Manager to to recall your vessel at one of Pywel's ports. This guide details exactly how to discover the and craft the Ship Teleportation Device.

The Ship Teleportation Device blueprint is located in a buried treasure chest on Auronui Island , the first place the Greymanes visit after obtaining a ship during the Charting the Unknown questline.

Poking around the island will lead you to a cave on the southwest coast near an Abyss Nexus fast travel point. Inside the cave, there's a Forgotten Treasure Map that reads " To the West of Auronui Island, by the coast. "

This treasure map leads you to the chest with the Ship Teleportation Device blueprint. It's on the northern coast of the western part of Auronui Island, near an Azurite deposit on the cliff and a small campsite.

The chest isn't buried particularly well, so you should be able to spot its golden sheen as you approach. Using a shovel, dig up the treasure chest and then grab the Ship Teleportation Device blueprint inside.

How to Use the Ship Teleportation Device

Once you've read and learned the Ship Teleportation Device blueprint, you can craft it at any Workstation with 15 Shiny Ore , 10 Iron Ore , and five Azurite .

Azurite can be found all over Auronui Island, and Iron Ore is incredibly common across Pywel. Shiny Ore is a new material introduced with the Charting the Unknown DLC, so you may not have any yet. You can find it in underwater deposits on the ocean floor or inside drifting boxes encountered while sailing.

With the required materials in hand, go to a Workstation and craft the device in the ship section. You can find a Workstation next to the furniture vendor at the Greymane Camp or the Timberham Sawmill in Hernand.

Once it's crafted, visit a Ship Manager at one of Pywel's ports and select Manage Ship. Then, choose your ship and select Change Equipment. This menu will allow you to equip the Ship Teleportation Device for your chosen vessel.

Once it's equipped, you can fast travel to your ship from the map as if it were an Abyss Nexus. The Ship Teleportation Device isn't universal across your fleet, so you'll need to craft more if you want to fast travel to other ships that you own.
