Apprentice Healer (Herb Locations - Weeping Creek Valley) - Phantom Blade Zero Guide - IGN

Apprentice Healer is an optional, highly missable side quest in Phantom Blade Zero. This is a tale and is a second quest you can obtain for Yu'er about halfway through the Weeping Creek Valley area. Initially you meet her early on where she gives you the Flesh Lily quest.

Once you reach the Outpost, you will need to defeat Peng Meng, the Axemaster to proceed. Once he is defeated, Yu'er will move to the Outpost, next to the Forge blacksmith.

Here are the steps to complete the quest:

Once Yu'er has appeared at the Outpost, talk to her and choose the dialogue option "Gather Herbs". This will begin the side quest Apprentice Healer, placing three pins on your map for herbs that you can seek out for her.

Continue through the Weeping Creek Valley, past the arena with Peng Meng until you reach the Axmaster's Holding Cell bell.

Directly east you will find a bridge with some enemies. Before heading across it, follow the path down to the right.

Jump off into the river and kill the three basic enemies patrolling down here. Follow the river upstream until you find a red item pickup, next to the wooden wall.

Grab the item to obtain the Blood-Stopper Vine. This is the first herb you need.
