Save $10 on a Gaming Gift Card When You Buy a Select Game, Including GTA 6
Best Buy is running a promotion that saves you $10 off a gift card to PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, or Nintendo eShop, when you buy one of the biggest games of the year.
Best Buy is on a roll today. In addition to doling out free $5 reward certificates for signing up for its new Best Buy Gamers program, the big blue retailer is also offering $10 off select gaming gift cards when you buy some of the biggest games of fall 2026 . We’re talking games like GTA 6, Modern Warfare 4, and the like.
Save $10 on Select Gift Card with Purchase of Select Game
To take advantage of the deal, head over to the deal page , select your game and gift card, check out, and you’re good to go.
Here are the games that qualify for the promotion:
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 (out October 23)
Only four games qualify for the promotion, but they're some of the biggest games of the year. The deal applies to all platforms and editions listed on the page. NBA 2K27 is even on sale in some of its iterations.
Once you've picked your game of choice, you can select the gift card you want. There are lots of options here, but the basics are:
PlayStation Store gift card (starting at $25)
Nintendo eShop gift card (starting at $35)
Add whichever one you want, head to checkout, and you’ll see a $10 discount.
Note that some of the gift cards are digital and come via email, while others ship on a physical card. Various options are available for each game platform, including a physical $100 Nintendo eShop gift card that comes in a 40th anniversary collectible case, which is pretty neat. But make sure you’re getting the card you want, because it’s easy to miss the fact that one might be digital while another is physical.
As for the games, two of them are out now. We gave NBA 2K27 a 6/10 in our review , saying it doesn’t quite live up to its potential. On the other hand, our Gears of War: E-Day review is super positive, giving it a 9/10 for its excellent campaign and multiplayer modes.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 has various modes that are rolling out gradually this week, but you can check out or campaign review now (it’s positive). And I have a feeling it doesn’t matter what we give GTA 6 when it launches next month; it’ll be huge regardless.
