The Fanatic's Broken Blade - Phantom Blade Zero Guide - IGN

The Fanatic's Broken Blade is a much more complicated weapon in Phantom Blade 0 than any other weapon you've encountered thus far. The blade has a standard five-hit combo and a three-hit Sha-Chi combo.

The Fanatic's Broken Blade's ability changes the entire property of the weapon.

While Sober, Press L2 to consume 1 Sha-Chi essence, unleash [Flying Sword Flurry], and enter the Tipsy stat. This attack is unblockable.

While Tipsy, press L2 to consume 1 Sha-Chi Essence and enter the Drunk state for 20 seconds. While drunk, mobility is greatly restricted and L1 cannot be used to block. However, Soul automatically dodges incoming attacks, and [Flying Sword] damage is greatly increased.

While Drunk, press L2 again to unleash [Empowered Flying Sword Flurry] without consuming Sha-Chi Essence and return to the Sober state. This attack is unblockable.

You'll obtain the Fanatic's Broken Blade after defeating Hua Qianxiao in the Crimson Forest.
