Walmart has a few PS5 Pro console bundles in stock right now during Labor Day sales... if you can stomach the price.

Earlier this year, Sony announced a price hike for PlayStation consoles , including the already very pricey PlayStation 5 Pro . If you weren't able to snag one before the increase and don't mind dropping cash on it with its new hefty price tag, Walmart actually restocked a few bundle options during Labor Day .

Priced at a whopping $973.88, there are two PS5 Pro bundles available at the retailer, coming with either a Midnight Black or Grey Camouflage DualSense controller. There's also a third option that comes with a Midnight Black DualSense Edge controller instead, but it is priced at an eye-watering $1,098.

It's worth mentioning that, at the time of this writing, each of these consoles is unfortunately not available for shipping, but they are available for pickup and delivery. This is dependent on location, though, so your mileage may vary if you're able to find one in stock.

The PS5 Pro is quite a beefy console, with 2TB of built-in storage. Our review from IGN's Michael Higham called it, "an impressive console with noticeable boosts in performance and graphics for games that take advantage of its powerful hardware." And if you're truly looking for the ultimate upgrade ahead of a game like GTA 6 , this console is sure to make Rockstar's latest shine.

Though these console prices are a lot to keep in mind, PS5 Pro consoles haven't been in stock with much frequency lately. So, if you've been hoping to grab one, especially ahead of GTA 6 , this is a great opportunity.

Of course, with big sale events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday in the months ahead, we'll be keeping an eye on PS5 hardware to see when it comes back in stock and, fingers crossed, if anything gets discounted. Considering how high these prices have gotten, that'd be the best kind of holiday treat to see.
